Motion by Ron E. and seconded by Marv to have the MUSC president and treasurer sign the Charitable Organization Annual report.
Secretary’s Report Candy MK.	· February report was approved with minor edits. · ·	Motion to approve report with edits by Jerry. and seconded by Dan., motion carried. Paul will update the February minutes.
Southwest District Representative Mark Defor	· MYSA U18 and U19 competitive teams will be combined and play at the C2 or C1 level. · Many SW clubs will consider Fall U09 and U10 competitive teams · Mark Defor accepted the SW District Rec Representative position · District will have Rec+ mandatory coaches meeting · Parameter meetings and coaches meetings are listed on the MYSA web site. South: Lakeville on March 24, SW on March 31^st.
V.P. Administrative Paul G.	· Bukata Hayes did not accept MUSC secretary position due to family time commitments. · Interviewed Kari Halbur for MUSC Secretary position · Interviewed Dan Cronn-Mills for MUSC Tournament Director Position.	Motion by Dan O. an seconded by Jerry B. to offer Kari Halbur the secretary position. Paul Gaspar will contact Kari Halbur. Motion by Dan O. an seconded by Jerry B. to offer Dan Cronn-Mills the MUSC Tournament Director position. Warren Sandmann will contact Dan Cronn-Mills.

V.P. Development Jon D./Jerrad A.	· Jon attended coaches clinic in Kansas City and presented some tools we may want to consider. · MUSC Coaches meeting will be held on March 21^st at First Presbyterian Church at 7:00 pm · MSU will have coaching packets available for each coach at a cost of $60.00/packet. · Rob Pipal asked for a list of players address.	Paul will send updated list to Rob Pipal Jon will inform coaches and send updated rosters.
V.P. League Play Marv D.	· I. G. asked to play on U15 team. Club denied change of team due to low number of players on boys U14 team. · U14 team asked to be changed to C2 level due to loss of some key players. MYSA will not allow change. ·
Fundraising/Publicity Dan O.	· Fundraising: Dan has two days set aside for managing a hotdog stand by Hilltop Hy-Vee · Still looking for $200.00 sponsorships	Will continue contacting local Businesses
Rec Plus Mark D./ Warren S.	· Forming teams and contacting coaches. · Jerrad is meeting with Mark and Warren to develop coaches clinics ·	Rec Plus managers will report team information to Kris
Old Business · United Way · ·	· Ron Evan provided an update. United Way will provide $4,900 dollars for scholarships and equipment. Received 25% of the funds. ·
· Field Maintenance Paul J.	· Ron Evan review field needs for 2007 summer season. Noted a need for additional U10 fields · ·
New Business	· Todd Martens discussed having U13 players work with Rec players and coaches. · ·	Todd will work with Jerrad and rec coordinator to develop a plan.
